The history of Kissimmee is interesting and unique as it was founded in the middle of the 19th century and incorporated as a city in the 1880’s. Most of the growth of Kissimmee is due to Hamilton Disston who used two million acres of Kissimmee as a drainage operation. Disston helped out the financially unstable state of Florida by owning half of everything he had successfully drained into this area, this way, he became the largest single landowner in the entire United States.
Disston’s business idea required a lot of human work along with materials and products like steamboats. He required steamboats to transport people along with goods down the waterway. The shipyard in Kissimmee was responsible for producing and manufacturing most of these steamships which helped its economy a lot, since Kissimmee became a major jump off point for all of civilization. Unfortunately, those days were short lived as the expansion of the railroads challenged the steamships that were used for carrying freight and passengers.
Around 1885, the railroad tracks were extended to Tampa by the South Florida Railroad. Eight years right after that, the worst depression hit the United States which crushed land speculation and unsound debt which is more commonly called the Panic of 1893. Due to the Panic of 1893, Disston closed his operations in Kissimmee which wiped out most of the economy as well as the citrus industry fell apart due to the weather rapidly freezing. All of these events, including the relocation of the steamship operations, left Kissimmee depending on just cattle rising.
In the 1950’s the population of Kissimmee was around 4,310, where the people were busy packing citruses as well as ranching. VITAL ACAI

This article focuses on the vitality, use and the advantages of acai berries over other weight reduction medicines and techniques available in the market. Acai berries have earned quite much of the fame over the last few years; these berries grow on the pine trees of South American and Amazon jungle.

The food that we take in is the only source of providing energy to us. However, dieting and all other techniques make people abstain for this intake and therefore they suffer with energy losses and laziness. Vital acai, the product which has acai berries as a major constituent in its ingredient provides its users with an effective way of weight loss where the energy level is boosted and because of different enzymes laziness and procrastination is abolished.

Acai berries also reduce the chances of heart attacks by preventing and strengthening your cardiovascular system. Anthocyanins compounds present in acai berries reduce the amount of cholesterol and also reduces the risk of cancer.

A research was conducted in order to prove this hypothesis that vital acai shows better results as compare to all of the other products and techniques available in the market. A study based on the sample size of 100 students were conducted in Stanford University, the sample size was divided into three different groups and each group was exposed to different stimuli (including one which was given vital acai) in order to reduce their weights. In first stage of the study, different tests of all of the attendants were taken which signified their physical condition. In second stage, every team (out of three) was designated to perform the set of activities. These activities were specially designed to reap the maximum returns from each stimulus. In third stage, attendants were retested on their weight and physical condition which ensured the effectiveness of the vital acai.

Introduction

Vital acai, which comes in a tablet form, has evolved as a very successful product in the market. It contains, fatty acids and it is extracted from acai berries taken from the South American and Amazon jungle’s pine trees and is then transformed in pills which are used around the globe. With a high constituent of antioxidants, vital acai helps becomes necessary to correct muscle contraction and hence brings health to the person.
However, this research paper is designated to find the impact of vital acai on dieting and weight reduction. All of the users and even critiques agree to this point that acai berries are capable of weight reduction and that’s why vital acai has emerged as one of the major growing diet fad in the entire world. If we consider google only, the whole research on dieting techniques is declined to acai berries and hence in google trends acai berries is one of the top searches in entire weight loss and diet niche listings. This signifies the speculation and the hype which has been created about a diet fad.
Vital acai, because of acai berries as the major ingredient has increased its sales and number of hits on its website raising the popularity of the acai berry to its fullest extent. Acai berry because of the presence of antioxidants and anthocyanins is considered as a major medicine in which prevents human beings from heart and cardiovascular diseases, it also lowers the cholesterol level and reduces the risk of cancer. Vital acai is also an alternative energy source which is capable of providing more energy as compare to normal and natural food. However, this study is conducted to find the effectiveness of vital acai on weight reduction and as a food supplement.

Secondary research

Obesity, which is now considered as a disease, has imparted an adverse effect on youth, specifically girls. The outcome is worst to the extent that it constitutes of more than 60% in the over all suicide figures of suicide in U.S. also, obesity is perceived as a major element which can set a person apart from the society. However, it is not the only reason because of which obesity has evolved as a major problem in the recent years. It has become the major cause of causing many diseases. Extra weight and extra fats also contribute to cause laziness. Resultantly, all of these factors conjure up to make obesity a major dilemma many people are finding solutions for.

On the other hand, if we look at the solutions provided in the market to solve this problem have least effectiveness. There are two ways through which a person can loose his weight. One way is to work out. A person goes to gym, works and looses his or her weight by getting exhausted. However, this activity of weight loss requires a lot of efforts and continuity in the exercises and also there is a high probability of gaining mass when the person stops exercise. While making physical efforts to reduce the weight, the process is slow and very demanding because of which this method of loosing weight could not get much attention of the people. Though physical work out is one of the oldest and useful method of weight loss (according to health advisors committee) but the amount of physical efforts designated for weight loss makes the process arduous and hence many people astray. Also, the present industrial age in which we are living has devised our life and work plan in such a way where finding time for exercise and physical work out. Therefore, weight loss by working out becomes obsolete under such demographics.

However, in second method of weight reduction, different external stimuli are used in order to either burn calories or reduce fats. Different techniques and products are available in the market by using which one can reduce his or her weight, for example, sauna belts, weight reduction pills etc. however, these techniques have been quite much in the focus of critique because of the adverse effect that these external stimuli may cause. According to medics, using external stimuli in weight reduction causes disturbance in the natural process of developing human beings. Therefore, it must be avoided. Secondly, the impact of these medicines and weight loss product is not so fast (except liposuction). Techniques with more effectiveness however, have more adverse effects and high costs attached to them.

Therefore, these days the focus of marketers and the customers has shifted to natural products, natural products however have high impact on weight loss and no side effects. Natural products, or the products made from natural/organic ingredients do not cause dismemberment in the natural process because of similarity with human body in the nature and functioning of the products.

Acai berry (ah-sah-ee) is one of the most famous natural products. Vital acai has been launched five years back when the company promised to replace food by vital acai tablets. Food, or anything which a human being takes in to satisfy the need of hunger is the major source for providing energy to the body, therefore, with food replacement vital acai also promises to give high energy (as compare to the normal food) to the user.

Vital acai was discovered from Amazon rainforests. However, Amazon rainforests are only famous for the discovery of many herbs which have been used to cure many fatal and lethal diseases. Acai berry, which vital acai is extracted from have yield a lot of credit in its account as the main source of yielding health enhancing benefits to the people who have been using it. Acai berry grows on the top of palm trees which are only found in the rainforests of Brazil and Amazon basin. The fruit of those palm trees are harvested in that area particularly for this purpose and it is then used to make a fruit pulp which is used as acai. However, that fruit pulp has a very little expiry time and therefore fruit pulp is quickly frozen after extraction. The acai berry has a deep purple color enriched with almost all of the important nutrients which are required by the human body, acai berry also contains antioxidant vitamins.

Impact of Acai berry on heart:
Acai berry is capable of working as a high energy ingredient as it boosts the energy level in human beings because of the constitution of the ingredients. Acai berry has a significant impact on the health of heart and cardiovascular systems of the human body because of the presence of compounds like anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are the same compounds which have earned fame to red wine for health benefits. Acai berry however contains 10 to 30 times more anthocyanins compounds as compare to red wine.

Impact of Acai berry on cholesterol level
One of the adverse effects that obesity may cause is that it raises the cholesterol level of the human body. However, anthocyanins compounds contain a high percentage of protein and fiber. Omega 6 (a major constituent of anthocyanins compounds) reduces the cholesterol level in the human body however; omega 9 including fatty acids, lowers LDL cholesterol level and also maintains natural HDL cholesterol levels. There has been a very extensive research done on these omega fatty acids which states that both omega 6 and omega 9 protect the heart from damages and also reduce the amount of cholesterol in the blood by preventing the person from possible heart strokes, hear attacks and other common cardiovascular diseases and complications.

Different studies have proved that anthocyanins have significant health benefits. Therefore, many doctors and the research institutes including STANFORD UNIVERSITY has designated many of their research teams in order to find the hidden benefits of the acai berry. Though red wine has earned much fame because of the same ingredient but it has different negative attributes associated with it. Therefore, vital acai was designed to provide you with the positive attributes and the health benefits of acai berry and also saves you from the adverse effects which make it a better option when compared to the red wine.

Anti aging

Acai berry, the vital ingredient of vital acai also acts as an anti aging tool and it is considered as one of the most important and most useful tool of the acai berry. Vital acai, because of acai berry as its major constituent is considered to be as one of the top super foods for anti aging. The presence of amino acids and the trace minerals in acai berry adds to proper muscle contraction and regeneration and hence it slows down the damaging effects of the aging which it causes to the skin. Fatty acids in acai beery are of the similar nature in olive oil and because of highly mono-unsaturated oleic acid the effectiveness of the vital acai increases. When fish oil (omega 3) is combined with fatty acids, the fluid penetrates in to the cell membranes and makes it suppler. This reaction makes the skin cells open and charges hormones, neurotransmitters and insulin receptors to operate more efficiently. Therefore, the inflammation is reduced which is among one of the major factors which cause aging problems.
Acai berry constitutes antioxidants to a very large percentage and hence it reduces the probability of cancer. Acai berry, because of two ingredients fatty acids and antioxidants has made vital acai as one of the most successful products in the overall market of super foods. Acai berry contains antioxidants in higher quantity as compared to the grapes, and twice when compared to blueberries. Acai berry is widely recognized as a major constituent of highest nutritional value than any fruit in the whole world and just because of this reason acai berry is called as super food. Antioxidants however, destroy cancer cells. In the 2006 journal of agriculture and food chemistry published by university of Florida showed that the antioxidants present in acai berry have caused a self destruction response up to 86% in the cultured leukemia cancer cells tested.
Acai berry, the major component of vital acai has great health benefits attached to it. The product is recently following the flow from the jungles of Amazon to the rest of the world. Acai berry contains, antioxidants, proteins, fibers, vitamins and fatty acids which protects a person from heart diseases and hence it plays a very important role in protecting and ensuring the good health of the person.

Methodology

This research was designed in three steps. First step involved different tests of the attendants which were designated to know about the physical and cardiovascular conditions of the attendants. The level of cholesterol was also checked during the processes.
Second step, which constitutes the major activity of weight loss, was designed to pursue three different activities in which attendants were exposed to different stimuli. The sample size available for research was divided in to three groups and each group was indulged in different activities of weight loss. Among three groups, one group was chosen to follow the physical work out process for the weight reduction, second group however, used different products available in the market to loose weight and the third group used vital acai.
In third stage, all of the groups were retested and their weights and different physical tests were conducted again. These results were the major findings and reflected the impact of each methodology.
Primary Research
In order to conduct the primary research, a sample size of 100 people was taken from STANFORD UNIVERSITY. At first step it was made imperative that the consent of all students for being the part of this study is signed. Then, the overall sample size was divided in to three sub parts and each division was then exposed to three different ways of weight reduction. The time duration for each group was three months.
First group was assigned to follow the instructions of the physical instructor who was assigned to make and devise a way by which the sample size given to him hone up their appearances and loose weight in three months. For this purpose, a set of exercises was planned and it was made sure that each member of the group follows the time and work schedule.
Second group was deemed to external stimulus (other than acai berries) which included both belts and tablets which were used for weight reduction.
Third group was exposed to vital acai in which respondents were made to loose weight by using vital acai. The progress was scrutinized weekly and the impact of each activity of the attendants was calculated time by time. In the end the over all impact of each stimulus on the health and the weight of the respondents were taken under consideration. Different factors like cholesterol, heart and cardiovascular system, and energy level of the respondents was also calculated.

Results and Findings
The study showed different trends which were followed by the physical changes in the attendants and the health condition. However, it was observed that vital acai has shown more effective results in both weekly and monthly basis. Attendants, who were exposed to vital acai, have shown more weight loss in less time as compared to the rest of the two activities.
Sample size, which was exposed to physical work out however, were the slower most among all in terms of loosing weight. It was also observed that while working out attendants were consuming more food and hence they resultantly gained more weight as compare to what they had previously. On abstaining attendants from taking extra meal (which otherwise is essential) reduced the energy level and freshness from attendants. The second sub set in which attendants were exposed to medicines showed little weight loose as compare to both of the methods.
However, the pupils who used vital acai showed more weight reduction in comparatively low time. Also, the weight loss started form the first day which shows that vital acai is useful in both long term and short term weight reduction.
Attendants who were exposed to vital acai were vivacious and there was no loss of energy and freshness, rather the attendants showed more response, energy and motivation in the activity. Blood tests in the end of the term showed that mostly attendants had balanced cholesterol level and healthy cardiovascular state.
